As a Project Accountant, you will take ownership of financial oversight across key projects and capital investments, ensuring strong cost control, accurate forecasting, and clear performance reporting to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial control and reporting across major operational and capital projects
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and cost performance
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and insights to the CFO and leadership team
- Support CAPEX planning, investment appraisals, and post-project reviews
- Partner with operations to identify efficiencies and margin improvement opportunities
- Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Support month-end processes including cost and inventory analysis
- Drive improvements in financial processes and project reporting tools
- Qualified Accountant (0-3 PQE)
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- ERP experience beneficial
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
