Building on the strong foundation of our state-of-the-art bank connectivity APIs, the engineers help create turn-key solutions that take the burden of handling account information and payment initiation services from customers that want to spend their efforts building great products that leverage the full potential of the open banking standard.Role:As a Test Automation Engineer at Mastercard, you'll play a pivotal role in our QA and development teams, working with a modern technology stack that includes .NET Core, Playwright, Microsoft Azure (DevOps and Pipelines), REST APIs, and React frontend.Open banking engineers work at the bleeding edge of the account information and payment initiation technologies, often solving problems that are yet to be tackled within the industry in areas of API security, data accessibility, processing, and analysis. You will be joining a group of highly skilled individuals working together as a team to push the limits of what is possible to achieve with open banking.You will have many colleagues around different countries, with your nearest peers being located primarily in Denmark, Ireland, and Poland.Some of the main areas of responsibility include:Automated Testing Excellence: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts using the latest tools and frameworks such as Playwright. Your extensive expertise will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our software products.Strategic Testing: Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to strategize and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing. Your role will be instrumental in identifying defects, enhancing testing strategies, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our web applications.Pipeline Integration: Drive the integration of automated tests into our Azure Pipelines workflows, ensuring seamless and continuous testing as an integral part of our development lifecycle.Advanced Testing: Utilize your advanced skills to conduct API testing, frontend testing (Angular, React), and cross-browser compatibility testing. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly applications.Non-Functional Testing: Spearhead the development of solutions capable of verifying the non-functional aspects of our systems, including performance, reliability, and memory consumption.About you:

What they all have in common is the understanding that in order to achieve great things, being able to work together as a team is a must.You will be spending most of your time using the tools and platforms we have talked about prior.
