The successful candidate will lead the development and deployment of systematic approaches to govern large programs, foster cross-functional engagement, and drive successful implementation of initiatives including Big Bets, R&D Execution Excellence and Shift Left.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Strategic Initiatives and programs, coordinating efforts to optimally achieve enterprise goals and objectives and effectively operationalize outputs.
  • Drive and continuously improve an operating system that facilitates effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across ADI to ensure organizational alignment around business goals, execution for growth and operational scale.
  • Establish early success factors/KPI’s/metrics and targets to systematically measure, evaluate and report the true state of progress, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive best practices incorporating emerging trends and technologies to ensure business process excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement through identification and execution of opportunities that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve approaches to the business.
  • Perform data driven analysis and assessment of growth opportunities. Generate insights for decision making on strategic priorities and investment.
  • Compile regular stakeholder updates delivering an enterprise view in a meaningful way including performance to metrics and data driven insights.
The ideal candidate
  • Bachelor’s in business, operations, engineering or other relevant. MBA/MS is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic program management, operations or related.
  • Enterprise and Systems thinker with proven ability to ‘connect the dots’, lead cross functionally through influence and drive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across the enterprise, align multiple stakeholders and drive engagement across organizational boundaries.
  • Results orientated with strong planning and organizations skills; must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities and deliverables to closure.
  • A problem solver who can quickly assess situations, collect relevant input from subject matter experts and drive manageable solutions for complex organizational challenges
  • Able to act decisively and make clear decisions in the best interests of the organization.
  • Proven ability in delivering insights from data in a synthesized and actionable way.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and delivering presentations at all levels.
  • Experience working with R&D, or transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Creative, innovative and driven to explore new ways to address challenges.
