Location: Dublin – HybridInvestment Administrator (Italian Speaking)Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent | Salary: €40,000 DOEWe are seeking an Investment Administrator to join the Investment Department of an insurance/asset management company. This role is based in South Dublin and reports directly to the Head of Investment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking daily Fund Administrator activities and attending periodic service review meetings.
  • Acting as the point of contact for issues related to NAV calculation.
  • Supporting fund oversight activities related to NAV calculation.
  • Performing Share and Cash Reconciliations checks (including trades).
  • Assisting and supporting daily activities with Custodians.
  • Checking EMIR Reporting activity.
  • Assisting in the development and setup of fund administration and investment operations activities (including EMIR processes) to implement new products or amend existing ones.
  • Supporting the implementation/upgrade/revision of investment control processes and procedures with Fund Administrator, Custodian Banks, Asset Managers, and other external service providers.
  • Assisting with the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports on portfolio holdings/performances and other investment matters to support internal committees and other company functions.
About You
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance/asset management industry in a role related to fund administration/accounting.
  • Exposure to asset classes including fixed income, equities, monetary, collective investment vehicles, and derivatives.
  • Any previous experience related to EMIR reporting will be given great consideration during the selection process.
  • Knowledge of futures contracts, forward contracts, swaps, and related trading processes is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Italian. (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and manage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, quick learner with very good analytical skills.
Must have a Stamp 4, EU passport, and be based in Ireland
