Cpl have a great opportunity with an innovative client in Dublin. We're looking for a talented Power BI Developer to own and evolve reporting across Finance, HR, Payroll, and internal service management. As the Power BI SME, you'll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, making a real impact on decision-making at every level.Responsibilities

Build and optimise impactful Power BI dashboards that decision-makers rely on daily.
Blend data from various data sources into clean, usable datasets.
Keep reports fresh with automated pipelines and smart refresh scheduling.
Lock down sensitive data with robust Row-Level Security (RLS).
Be the go-to problem solver for tricky Power BI issues.
Keep everything aligned with our governance standards, clean, consistent, and documented.
Work directly with stakeholders to improve reporting usability and value.

Experience Required

3+ years of commercial hands-on Power BI development and support.
Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions.
Experience working with a wide range of systems and platforms
Strong grasp of finance, payroll, and HR data structures.
Track record of implementing RLS effectively.
Microsoft certifications a big plus
