They now require a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will join an established team that have worked together for a number of years in a fast paced, fun and inclusive working environment.The Role:Our client requires an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record and strong understanding of the Irish residential property market, to join their market leading Residential Lettings team. The successful candidate will get the chance to work with one of the most successful residential lettings team in the country, while getting the chance to work on some of Irelands highest profile new developments.Key Responsibilities:

Marketing of all residential rental properties.
Interviewing tenants and securing lease agreements.
Market and let vacant properties.
Manage all client relations with tenants and vendors to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Host apartment viewings and move-in / move-out inspections.
Follow-up by phone with every resident that attends viewings.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in residential lettings.
PSRA license or required qualifications/experience to obtain license.
Full Irish driving license.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
