- Oversee dissolution/elution (USP APPII/VII), chromatography, and analytical test method development & validation
- Plan and deliver project activities independently to meet timelines
- Write technical reports and validation documents
- Guide and update cross-functional teams across sites
- Lead lab investigations, identify root cause, and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvements to reduce lead times & costs
- Support training, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Life Sciences Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Experience with Chromatography, and analytical test method development & validation
- An experienced professional with strong analytical and regulatory background
