Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth customs operations and communication.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customs transactions, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve any customs-related issues that may arise during the process.
Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in customs administration, freight forwarding, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
Proficiency in record maintenance and monitoring shipment statuses.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customs-related issues efficiently.
