As a Digital Endpoint Expert, you’ll be a key member of the Digital Endpoint Capability Centre, driving the coordination, implementation, and deployment of digital endpoints and digital health technologies across clinical trials. You’ll bridge digital health expertise and clinical trial excellence, working closely with trial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Your leadership will shape the integration of novel measures across the development organization, while your expertise will help define implementation strategies tailored to each indication and trial design. If you're passionate about digital health and ready to lead transformation at scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide subject matter expertise to support digital endpoint deployment across clinical, scientific, and technology domainsProvide digital health technology SME knowledge to support the qualification and onboarding of third-party digital health technology providers for clinical trialsManage vendor selection, oversight, and execution across all phases of trial start up, conduct and close outDrive operational integration of digital endpoints within Novartis processes and global clinical operationsMonitor patient recruitment and device compliance, escalating risks and resolving issues as neededSupport data management and data operations in database setup, data standards, transfer, cleaning, and analysisLead process development and training initiatives to expand digital endpoint capabilities across teamsEssential RequirementsAdvanced degree or PhD in Engineering, Life Sciences or Pharmacy with strong digital health and/or clinical development knowledgeMinimum 4 years’ experience in clinical research, ideally with technologies, biomedical engineering, or bioinformaticsFamiliarity in developing and validating digital endpointsFamiliarity of regulatory requirements across EMA, and USA regionsProven leadership, negotiation, and project management skills with ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across scientific and business contextsStrategic thinker with proactive problem-solving skills in trial design and deliveryKnowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical trial technology landscapeCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion / EEO:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.#LI-Hybrid
