Print & Signage ProfessionalOur client a growing print and signage company are looking for experienced signage professionals to join their busy business.If you have the skills, passion, and versatility to work across the exciting world of signage and graphics, we'd love to hear from you. Below are some of the skills our client looks for, if you have some or all of these skills I would love to chat!Key functions within the business:
  • Work across a wide range of signage projects including:
  • Exterior & interior signage (illuminated, flex-face, ACM panels, wayfinding)
  • Environmental & exhibition graphics
  • Vehicle livery & wraps
  • Large format print (posters, banners, display graphics)
  • Interpret client briefs and produce creative, accurate design concepts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant software.
  • Prepare artwork for production, ensuring print-ready accuracy in scale, colour, and format.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment such as large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, and plotters.
  • Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, weeding, laminating, mounting, and assembly.
  • Install signage and graphics on-site, following health and safety protocols, including working at height when necessary.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine measurements, installation methods, and materials required.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Skills & ExperienceOpen to talking to candidates with expertise in signage design, production, or installation. Some skills within the business:
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Understanding of large-format print processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in signage installation or willingness to be trained.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Desirable
  • IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS certification.
  • Experience with flex-face signage systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle wrap application techniques.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signage
