We are also committed to training and developing our team members and ensuring their journey with us inspires them each day.Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:· Assist the F&B Duty Manager with the smooth running of the Hotel restaurants· Providing excellent customer service· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order· Ensure the all outlets open and close on time and are ready to greet guests/customers· Assist in the induction and training of new staff, providing shadowing shifts· Follow all Till and Cashing up procedures and ensure all staff are following them correctly· Ensure stock rotation occurs and stock is ‘held’ in the correct manner, recording any wastage· Attend relevant staff meetings· Ensure all food & beverage requests are billed correctly- Ensure the department’s maintenance and cleaning schedule is adhered to, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard· Adhere to all regulations in respect of health and safety· Any other duties as directed by the F&B Duty Manager and any other manager·Requirements of the role:Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry· Strong organisational and leadership skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously· Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to events· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required· Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional serviceBenefits:Complimentary meal on duty/Staff car parking/on line training platform/Family & Friends rates/Uniform provided
