Reports To: Head of Marketing and Commercial StrategyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Global New Products Commercial Director to own and shape the end-to-end commercial strategy for our next generation of products. This is a highly visible director-level role responsible for defining how new products are monetized, positioned, sold, contracted, and measured globally across both direct and partner channels.This role is ideal for a high-performing commercial leader stepping into their first director-level position. You will build structure where none exists, translate complex value propositions into clear commercial models, and partner cross-functionally to ensure new product launches are commercially viable, scalable, and measurable.You will act as the commercial authority for new products, bringing clarity, rigor, and execution discipline to global launches while influencing senior stakeholders and enterprise sales motions.What Will Be Your Key Deliverables
- Define and own global commercial strategies for new product launches.
- Design scalable pricing and monetization models across direct and partner channels.
- Develop clear value frameworks tied to measurable customer outcomes.
- Translate product capabilities into quantifiable business cases and ROI models.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to structure contracts aligned with value delivery.
- Support complex enterprise deals through customer discussions, negotiations, and close.
- Enable sales and partner teams with pricing logic, value narratives, and financial models.
- Establish commercial clarity and consistency across global product launches.
- Approximately 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles.
- Candidates from top-tier consulting firms may be considered with 4-6 years of experience.
- Strong quantitative background with advanced financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level sales motions and complex commercial negotiations.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated readiness for a first director-level role with global scope and ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field is preferred.
- Equivalent practical experience in strategy or commercial leadership roles will also be considered.
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Pricing strategy and monetization model design.
- Business case development and value quantification.
- Strong analytical tools proficiency (Excel, data modeling, reporting tools).
- Understanding of enterprise deal structures and commercial frameworks.

- Annual Base Salary Range: EUR 96,750 - EUR 129,000
- Additional: Annual Performance Bonus (~20% of Annual Base)
