- Develop and deliver the Risk & Compliance vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key clients.
- Manage the Risk Management Framework.
- Lead processes to identify, monitor, and report key risks.
- Provide risk analysis and reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee regulatory and capital-related reporting.
- Work closely with the CFO and CCO to manage regulatory exposures.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management within regulated financial services, preferably insurance.
- Proven managerial experience in various risk management disciplines.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in designing and managing risk testing and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with EU, EEA, and UK regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of the insurance landscape and emerging trends.
- Excellent decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management abilities.
