- Operation and troubleshooting of MDM solutions, especially Jamf.
- Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to safeguard devices against cyber threats.
- Optimize performance and scalability of endpoint machines (including servers) to meet business needs.
- Strengthen physical security controls to protect IT and critical assets from unauthorized access and theft.
- Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets(hardware and software), ensuring effective issuing of devices and inventory management
- Implement asset tagging, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.
- Maintain compliance, update and documentation of relevant IT policies and SOPs.
- Manage Office-IT infrastructure including audio-visual (AV) systems, conference room equipment, printers/copiers, local servers, network and office Wi-Fi.
- Coordinate the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of shared resources such as digital asset storage, multi-function devices, and Zoom Room environments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-related IT incidents and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
- Work closely with key stakeholders; including HR, Finance, and Operations in ensuring a seamless and effective experience for both users and internal operations.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting as required.
- Support IT logistics for events, internal presentations, onboarding setups, and executive meetings, ensuring all systems function seamlessly.
- Enforce and document IT operational procedures, including access controls, Wi-Fi access management, data handling, DLP, IT asset management, incident response, etc.
- Manage and administer applications, ensuring proper version control, patching, permission controls, and secure deployment across endpoints.
- Oversee Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning, email configuration, shared drives, and settings.
- Implement and enforce application-level access control and IAM policies, aligned with role-based permissions and least-privilege principles.
- Monitor availability and access to key digital resources (e.g., compute servers, productivity tools, shared folders), ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in End-User Computing (EUC), Office-IT Support and IT asset management.
- Strong expertise in MacOS, Linux and Windows environments, including macOS deployment, management, and security.
- Hands-on experience with application configuration, device management, office equipment and local servers.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with end users and deliver responsive IT support and service with clarity, guidance and tactfulness.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and vendors with clarity.
