This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work in a top tier firm with an enviable client base. Our Planning & Environment team has experience of advising on high profile projects and complex cases in Ireland. We advise state bodies, funders and developers on an extensive range of planning and environment matters.Responsibilities of the Role include:Acting for clients in contentious matters;Advising on the preparation of applications for consents before the Irish planning authorities/An An Bord Pleanála ;Advising on Environmental Impact Assessment and Appropriate Assessment including the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Natura Impact Statements.Candidate RequirementsQualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales;5+ year’s relevant experience in Planning & Environment Law from a leading, mid-tier or boutique practiceExpert knowledge of relevant Planning & Environment regulations and practices;Excellent communication and research skills;Team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm; andAmbition to work in a growing, top tier international firm.Why MHC?At Mason Hayes & Curran, we are proud of our culture and our friendly and informal working atmosphere.
