Ensure the store€,,s stock management process operates efficiently and effectively at all times and to conclude any other duties as directed to you by the Store Manager.The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Forecast orders correctly at all times during the trading year (particularly at seasonal times)
- Effectively co-ordinate the ordering for the ambient categories in store using the technologies and processes available
- Maintain the back-store layout effectively
- Merchandise and present the store to the highest standard at all times
- Manage promotional activity effectively in store including - ordering, merchandising and reporting on the value add of the promotion to the store manager
- Understand the sales versus stock holding and the impact this has on margin and cash flow.
