- Coordinate interdependencies across operations and projects within the program.
- Assist in risk mitigation and resolving obstacles to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain effective project management tracking and facilitate communication among the program, team, and stakeholders.
- Support initiatives related to regulatory and legal compliance.
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams and cultivate relationships across Legal, Public Policy, and other Operations teams.
- Leverage expertise to enhance knowledge and skills within the team.
- Proactively contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the team.
- 5+ years' experience within legal operations.
- Experience in managing complex projects and/or program management.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis for bottlenecks or backlogs.
- Knowledge of the intersection of legal guidance, policy and free speech on the Internet.
- Experience in trust and safety (such as defamation, hate speech, hate images).
- Proficiency with Excel.
