- Preparing dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all food meets approved presentation and quality standards
- Minimising waste through correct portion control and cost-effective working practices
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
- Ensuring full HACCP compliance within the kitchen
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or fine dining kitchen
- Talent, creativity, and a genuine passion for food
- A friendly, dedicated attitude with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
