Depending on your background, your role may focus more on advising clients, managing mortgage pipelines, or supporting the sales and operations process.Key Responsibilities:Guide clients through mortgage options, providing tailored advice (if QFA/APA qualified).Manage and track mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients.Support new business development and client retention initiatives.Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.Handle day-to-day client queries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.About YouWe’re open to applicants from different paths into mortgages:✅ Experienced Mortgage Advisors – QFA/APA qualified with hands-on advisory experience.
✅ Mortgage Operations / Administrators – experience managing applications, compliance, or client pipelines.
