As part of this commitment, we are continuously developing our on-site teams to support the advancement of customer operations.Responsibilities:Act as Team Lead for the Catalyx Customer Service Team based on the customer site.Provide 1 to 1 engagement and monitor employee performance.Managing the day to day activities and coordination of Customer Service CoordinatorsAct as Escalation Point for any issues within the Customer Service Team.Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function - orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely mannerProvide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiriesBe familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and face to face, based on defined customer portfoliosLiaising with Distribution to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherenceLiaising with Manufacturing to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherenceLiaising with commercial, manufacturing finance and Financial Shared services and to ensure accuracy regarding material and customer master set upsMaintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activitiesMaintain accurate and organized customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.Timely preparation of weekly/monthly metrics as set out by site managementEnsure full compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure Quality and EHS policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesAny other duties as required from time to time by your ManagerRequirements:Third level Diploma / Degree in business or technical field preferably Supply Chain managementPrevious experience in a Customer Services role within a Pharmaceutical and Supply chain environment.Thorough knowledge of the Logistics Supply chain management model and the ability to interact and manage freight forwarders effectivelyUnderstanding of Forecasting and Supply and Demand Supply Chain modelsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive mannerExcellent organisational and planning skillsExcellent understanding of ERP systems specifically SAP and MS officeThorough knowledge of Supply chain management on execution of deliveries into Global marketsUnderstanding of Quality Management and compliance systems within the Pharmaceutical industryAbility to drive manage and drive projects to completionAbility to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customersAbility to influence customers where necessary and deal with difficult customer communicationsResilient profile with the ability to deliver in an ambiguous environmentAbility to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the objectiveOrganised with systematic approach to prioritisationProcess orientated to achieve the business objectiveWhy Join Catalyx?At Catalyx we understand that our people are our greatest asset.
