Childcare Advocacy

District Court Representation
You'll be working closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal services and make a real impact in the community.Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in District Court proceedings
Provide legal advice and advocacy in childcare and family law matters
Manage criminal litigation files from initial instruction to resolution
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice and compliance
Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines
About You
Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
Strong advocacy and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to client care and professional ethics
