  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong culinary background with a passion for quality food
  • Excellent HACCP knowledge and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work across all kitchen sections
  • Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
