- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Lead Technician to ensure maintenance works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Complete corrective maintenance activities and ensure all jobs, documentation, and records are accurately recorded and closed out in line with internal procedures.
- Coordinate and manage sub‑contractors, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, cost‑effectively, and to agreed standards.
- Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure contractor safety documentation is approved and site safety standards are maintained.
- Participate in an emergency on‑call rota.
- Apply systematic root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques to resolve recurring issues.
- Order, manage, and maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts.
- Undertake mechanical maintenance and repairs including plumbing, drainage, water heaters, and related systems.
- Carry out minor electrical works such as re‑lamping and basic fault identification (within scope of qualifications).
- Complete ad‑hoc building repairs including flooring, ceilings, tiling, painting, and general fabric maintenance.
- Complete quarterly PPM audits and support site readiness for inspections and audits when required.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
- Participation in an on‑call rota is required.
- The role is primarily based in Dublin; however, occasional travel to regional sites may be required.
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a general maintenance or facilities role.
- Proven experience working in a multi‑site environment.
- Industrial Electrical Systems – Level 6 qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work.
- Ability to work independently, managing priorities across multiple locations.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High level of attention to detail with strong record‑keeping and documentation skills.
