Representing hospitals in the defence of medical malpractice actions.
Advising hospitals and clinicians on a wide range of medico legal issues including patient capacity and consent and adverse incident reviews.
Acting on behalf of hospitals and clinicians in connection with inquests.

Candidates will need to have an eye for opportunity and have the desire to become involved with business development activities.If you are working as a Medical Negligence Solicitor and would like to join a firm as concerned with your future development as you are, this is the opportunity for you.This firm is a market leader in the area of professional indemnity and clinical negligence and you will be joining a team that has significant exposure to healthcare disputes, clinical negligence, coroners inquests and medical indemnity within the private healthcare and alternative medicine markets.The successful candidate must have proven recent experience defending claims brought against healthcare professionals. You will ideally come from a leading regional or national defendant practice and have a minimum of 12 Months PQE or equivalent experience.
