- Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects.
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions.
- Develop and document solution architectures and functional specifications.:
- Provide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV functionality.
- Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and innovation within projects
- Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Lead Consultant with strong finance and business process skills acquired in a customer facing role
- Strong experience as a lead in complete project lifecycle to include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design and architecture, user training, testing (SIT and UAT), data migration and go-live support.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with proven functional skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and / or NAV.
- Implementation experience to include the following functionality within Dynamics NAV/Business Central: GL, FA, AP/P2P, AR/O2C, Workflows, Inventory management, Project Management/Jobs, Roles and permissions, and Config packages
- Delivering support to existing implementations and identifying opportunities with customers
Pre-sales engagement experience including initial high-level discovery and demonstrations,
Industry/project experience to include multi-company/multi-currency organisations, supply chain/distribution, manufacturing, contracting/professional services, public sector organisation.Personal skillsConfident communicator/presenter with ability to manage customer/ stakeholder relationships
Comfortable leading workshops and working in a customer facing role
Ability to delegate effectively while being responsible for delivery of the task
Team player who encourages and mentors other team members
Act in an open and transparent manner
Highly organised and strong documentation ability
