Chef de Partie - South Indian Cuisine Dosa Dosa, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for our busy South Indian restaurant at 562 South Circular Road, Rialto, Dublin 8. We offer an innovative menu featuring contemporary South Indian cuisine and are looking for a talented chef to join our team. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes. Strong work ethic and the ability to deliver high-quality food consistently. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining department and internal standards.
