
Transaction Manager, Corporate Services

- You'll act as the transaction manager for a diverse portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, including securitisations, CDOs, CLOs, repackagings, receivables, and leasing transactions.
- You'll manage the transaction closing process, reviewing comprehensive suites of transaction documents with guidance from the Transaction Management Director.
- You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, investment managers, and other transaction parties.
- You'll support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancement, escalating issues, and implementing process changes.
- You'll stay up to date on legal and corporate governance developments, especially those impacting capital market transactions.

- You hold a degree in Law, Business, or a closely related field, along with a professional qualification such as a legal certification or ICSA.
- You bring over 3 years of experience in a corporate services provider or in-house environment, with a strong track record of managing client relationships.
- You possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a solid team ethic, and a structured, analytical mindset capable of maintaining accurate and consistent data.
- You have prior experience in structured finance and the aviation sector, and are adept at following and enhancing existing processes.
- Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications
- Prior experience using Diligent/Blueprint
