Clerical Officer (Grade III) - Mallow

• Full time - minimum 35hrs a week
• Weekend Availability Required (Monday to Sunday Roster)
• 3/6 month temporary contract initially
• €17.37 per hour
• Site-based role (no remote working)
• Shift patterns include: 8am - 4pm / 8am - 8pm etc.

• Updating record logs and pulling reports
• Managing a busy switchboard
• Managing emails, post, scanning documentation onto the system
• Taking minutes, uploading to system and distributing to the team
• Cross training in multiple department
• Support a large multidisciplinary team
• PA duties to consultants
• Covering the public counter

• At least 6-12 months of professional administration experience
• Working knowledge of Medial Terminology
• Experience in a medical/clinical setting
• Experience working in fast paced environment
• Strong awareness around confidentiality/GDPR
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate availability
• Flexibility and own transport essential for this role
• Minimum FETAC Level 5 required
