- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI and multi-agent systems
- Architect robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant AI platforms
- Implement AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
- Drive best practices in AI engineering, prompt design, and system optimisation
- Build and optimise AI workflows, orchestration layers, and performance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
- 8-10+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AI/ML
- Strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., agent-based systems)
- Experience with:
- Prompt engineering and LLM optimisation
- Vector databases and semantic search
- Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects or teams
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, bias, and governance
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar
- Background in AI experimentation and applied research
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
