The business offers a collaborative environment where Financial Advisors are empowered to build lasting client relationships and grow sustainable portfolios.About Your New JobMy client is currently seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their established financial planning teams across Ireland in various locations. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of clients while delivering high-quality, compliant advice across protection, investments, pensions, and broader financial planning needs. You will focus on building trusted relationships, identifying new business opportunities locally, and working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience from initial engagement through to ongoing reviews.What Skills You Need

Experience working as a Financial Advisor within the Irish financial services market
Strong knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments, and protection solutions
A client-first approach with a proven ability to build and retain long-term relationships
Ability to generate new business through referrals, professional networks, and self-sourced opportunities
