Responsibilities
- Assist patients with essential daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Collaborate with medical staff to monitor patient health and report changes when necessary
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate records of care and activities performed
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff
- Participate in training programs and continuous professional development
- Engage with patients to enhance their physical and mental well-being
- Hold relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare support.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule and flexible hours.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare practices and protocols.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
