Our client is a multi-award-winning Irish company that has built a global reputation in the luxury spa and skincare space. Their products are trusted by top five-star hotels and wellness destinations worldwide.They’re now looking for a commercially savvy and passionate Business Development Manager to join the team on a 14-month maternity cover contract. If you have experience in B2B sales, a love for wellness and premium brands, and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be a great fit. Interested in hearing more?About the roleAs Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing brands presence within the luxury spa sector, building strategic partnerships, driving market share, and strengthening their reputation for excellence. You'll work closely with clients as a trusted advisor, while promoting brands commitment to sustainability, wellness, and forward-thinking innovation.Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel, and wellness industry in Ireland.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular contact, support, and account management.
  • Represent brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with companies internal marketing, training, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.
  • Uphold and promote companies values of excellence, authenticity, and sustainability.
About you
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the professional spa industry, ideally in a luxury B2B area.
  • A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts.
  • Passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness, and sustainability.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full drivers licence.
