- Identify, pursue, and onboard new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel, and wellness industry in Ireland.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular contact, support, and account management.
- Represent brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with companies internal marketing, training, and customer service teams.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.
- Uphold and promote companies values of excellence, authenticity, and sustainability.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the professional spa industry, ideally in a luxury B2B area.
- A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts.
- Passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness, and sustainability.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Full drivers licence.
