- Work alongside Technical Writers and Software Engineers to help create, update, and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for our product.
- Learn how to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, user‑friendly way for different audiences
- Assist with improving existing documentation, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and internal knowledge bases
- Use modern documentation tools, templates, and style guides to ensure content is consistent and high quality
- Gain exposure to AI‑assisted documentation tools and learn how AI can support content creation and review
- Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve your writing and technical understanding
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, product) to understand features and changes
- Develop your technical knowledge by learning about our systems, products, and the aviation industry
- Take ownership of small documentation tasks and gradually build responsibility as your confidence grows
- Currently studying towards a degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills, with an interest in clear, structured, and user‑focused writing.
- A genuine curiosity about technology and how software works.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn from feedback.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to develop new skills.
- An interest in technical writing, documentation, or content creation.
- Basic familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, or technical tools.
- Experience using documentation tools, markdown, wikis, or content management systems.
- Interest in AI‑assisted tools or how AI can support writing and productivity.
- Any previous experience (academic or personal) explaining technical concepts to others.
- You don’t need to know everything on day one — what matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a supportive and experienced team.
