We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join HR team as a Graduate Reward Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Reward, Compensation and Benefits.This role will engage in a wide variety of projects spanning Reward, Employee Benefits, HR systems and other change initiatives across our diverse UK, Ireland, and international operations.This position not only provides exposure to Reward & Benefits but also offers opportunities to develop project management skills, change leadership and digital technology capability.The role will be based at DCC Vital's Head-Office in Leopardstown, South Dublin, where we offer a hybrid-working arrangement (max 2 days from home).Main ResponsibilitiesThe below provides an idea of the responsibilities and activities to expect in the role.Compensation & Benefits
  • Support the annual pay and bonus review processes by preparing templates and collating relevant information.
  • Coordinate and administer the annual benefit renewals encompassing Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Health Insurance.
  • Contribute to consolidating, harmonizing and improving our benefits offerings, to ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive process improvements, craft total reward statements, assist in benefit roadshows, as well as other ad-hoc projects.
Job Architecture & Benchmarking
  • Assist in the rollout of a comprehensive Job Architecture Framework across the organisation, involving job evaluation and levelling.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation Methodology.
  • Participate in annual benchmarking surveys and complete market research on industry standards and best practice related to reward & benefits.
  • Assist HR Leads with ad-hoc salary benchmarking requirements.
Other Projects/Activities
  • Play a role in employee engagement initiatives, including supporting the annual employee engagement survey.
  • Develop proficiency in utilizing our HR Information Systems (HRIS), providing essential system administration support.
  • Contribute to refining HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Processes.
  • HR Analytics, KPIs, and Reporting, including but not limited to support for Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  • Contribute to and provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and change management initiatives.
What are we looking for?
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent - any subject, but modules in HR, Data Analytics or Business would be beneficial.
  • No prior Reward experience is needed but would be beneficial.
  • We seek an individual with a keen interest and aptitude in;
  • Working confidently with data & strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrating advanced Excel proficiency, including but not limited to xlookups, pivots, data validation tools.
  • Exhibiting a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Embracing an action-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
  • Team Work and Collaboration
  • Mobility Required - Candidates must be willing to travel around all sites (UK, Ireland, Europe) to collaborate with the wider HR team and other stakeholders.
