
GTM Commercial Revenue Accountant

- Act as a trusted advisor regional partners, `driving deal velocity and NNACV.
- Ensure accurate financial outcomes by taking ownership of finance topics, including revenue risk
- Build scalable processes for large commercial transactions.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and become a subject matter expert.
- Lead continuous initiatives to improve the systems, processes, and controls.
- Proactively drive new initiatives and processes
- Build relationships to become a trusted team player and advisor
- Prior SaaS, software or hardware industry GTM finance / revenue recognition experience is plus.
- 5 years relevant industry accounting experience, including process and system experience, preferably with a background in a public accounting firm.
- A basic exposure to (US GAAP) software revenue recognition under ASC 606, SAB 104 and EITF 08-1 as it relates to SaaS or software companies (or experience with EITF 00-21) and working knowledge of all other current literature related to revenue recognition a plus
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented self-starter with both drive and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and able to simplify complex issues for non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex commercial transactions and propose alternatives in line with company requirements.
- Dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
