Learn more about what makes us special by checking out our .About the role:We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our Commercial customer base. This person must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and is expected to go into the office 3 days per week.In this role, you can expect to:

Be a key contributor to account retention and existing account growth
Partner with multiple internal functions
Help set the standard for a newly created function via continued iteration

You are a good fit if you:

Manage your time efficiently, are well organized, task-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are not adverse to change as this is the first headcount for this role here at dbt Labs
Work well with others and are continuously open to feedback and striving to improve
