MCS Group is proud to be supporting an international organisation as they expand their Technology Consulting team and are looking for Data Analysts across multiple levels to support the delivery of analytics engagements for clients across the public and private sectors.This role will involve working on end-to-end analytics projects, helping organisations transform their data into insights that drive better decisions.(Hybrid - Dublin City Centre)What you'll be doing...You'll work alongside consulting teams and client stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions including:
  • Preparing, transforming and validating data for analysis
  • Building dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel
  • Identifying insights and translating them into practical business recommendations
  • Supporting analytics and automation initiatives using Power Query, Power Automate or VBA
  • Creating documentation including data models, workflows and design specifications
  • Contributing to workshops and requirements gathering with clients
  • Managing multiple project streams and delivering high-quality outputs
What they're looking for...
  • Strong experience in Data Analytics, BI or related roles
  • Strong experience with SQL, Python or R
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Excel
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation
  • Understanding of data governance and data management practices
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
Experience working with clients in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences or the public sector would be beneficial.What's on Offer...
