They have become synonymous with supplying top quality feed ingredients and performance products within that time.Over the years they have built strong business relationships with agricultural merchant groups nationwide and have established themselves as leading wholesaler of animal feed ingredients.OverviewThe Swine Business Manager will form the technical backbone of the swine business, providing expert guidance on feed formulation, herd performance and nutritional strategies. You’ll collaborate with producers, veterinarians, and internal teams to optimize swine health and productivity through science-based nutrition solutions nationwide.Duties and responsibilities

Manage and support existing customers using POT ALE syrup , ensuring optimal usage and performance outcomes.
Provide technical advice on the nutritional value and application of POT ALE in swine diets.
Lead the design, testing and rollout of new swine nutrition products, including premixes, additives, and specialty feeds.
Conduct on-farm evaluations and provide nutritional recommendations to improve performance metrics.
Analyse feed ingredients and formulations to ensure compliance with nutritional standards and cost-efficiency.
Train and support with technical knowledge and product positioning.
Monitor herd health and performance data to identify nutritional gaps or opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging research in swine nutrition.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor / master’s degree in animal science, Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in swine nutrition or production support.
Strong understanding of swine physiology, feed formulation, and production systems.
Experience with feed management software and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with producers and cross-functional teams.
