This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with their eyes on the European market. You will join the Senior Management Team of the business and aid and assist the growth of the company. You will manage the Finance function and partner with the CEO, Director of Operations and Director of Sales to drive the business forward.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and take responsibility for Management Accounts, Cashflow, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.
Manage the month end process, prepare and circulate the monthly management accounts in a timely manner.
Work cross functionally to make process improvements and improve revenues and gross margin.
Manage the annual financial audit
Manage tax compliance
Manage the annual budget process
Manage the Finance Team
Drive process and control
Engage in special projects as part of the Senior Management team and drive business growth

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study
Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA,
Ideally 5 years+ experience in a management level finance position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of interacting with cross functional teams across an organisation.
