Looking for a Supply Chain opportunity in a global healthcare corporation? Join a leading company at the forefront of pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare technology, and generic drug manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst you will support activities associated with Supply Chain Risk Management. As a Compliance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring supply chain resilience and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with diverse teams, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to investigate quality incidents and devise effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to address underlying issues.
  • Work with Quality to resolve challenges encountered during product receiving, spanning concerns such as label barcode accuracy, coding errors, serialisation discrepancies, product aggregation, and ASN irregularities.
  • Assist in the serialization onboarding process for Private Label vendors, customers, and contract packaging organizations.
  • Aid in conducting risk assessments to pinpoint and mitigate potential threats that could undermine the resilience of the Private Label supply chain.
  • Support the development and execution of predetermined protocols to handle unforeseen disruptions, ensuring swift restoration of normal operations.
  • Collect and analyse data to facilitate the evaluation of Supply Chain Risk Management effectiveness and gauge overall supply chain compliance status.
  • Assist in configuring master data for new product introductions.
  • Engage actively in project teams dedicated to driving continuous improvement efforts and adapting to regulatory changes.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or related role.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain risks and strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a secure and resilient supply chain.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders throughout the organisation.
