- Senior SaaS Operations Management – Extensive experience in managing SaaS B2B operations, ideally overseeing revenue streams of €30-50M, with proven expertise in scaling and optimising service delivery.
- Strategic Program Leadership – Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership – Skilled in leading diverse teams across customer success, support, delivery, and implementation, ensuring alignment and high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management – Proven success in managing strategic client relationships, delivering high-value enterprise deployments, and maintaining customer retention.
- Project and Program Management – Expertise in managing complex, enterprise-level projects from scope to delivery, within time and budget constraints, using best practices in project governance and KPIs.
- Private Equity Experience – Familiarity with working in PE-backed environments to support growth strategies and organisational transformation.
- Influence and Stakeholder Management – Ability to effectively influence US and international stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Agile and DevOps Expertise – Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps, to support product lifecycle and performance optimisation.
- International Business Acumen – Experience managing globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones to ensure seamless operations.
- Business Transformation Leadership – Proven track record as a project sponsor for enterprise change initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and organisational agility.
- Operational Excellence Focus – Ability to develop and implement continuous process improvements, ensuring scalable and efficient operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Experience running teams with a focus on metrics, KPIs, and automation tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Change Management Skills – Strong capability in leading organizational change and fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Effective Communication – Excellent in articulating complex ideas, aligning teams, and managing expectations across all levels of the organization.
- Performance Management – Skilled in establishing and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Educational Qualification – A degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
