Applicants must be over 18 and be flexible in their availability for work, as this role will include late finishes.If you have previous experience in a similar role and if you believe that your values align with ours and you want to be part of a dedicated and well motived team we would love to hear from you and to hear about your passion for hospitality.What we require from our applicants:

Previous bar experience, preferably in a busy hotel bar
The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail training is a distinct advantage
The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
Outgoing and friendly personality
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
Be committed to the team
Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
