- Meet patients prior to their initial dentist treatment, offering guidance on various price plans, outlining pros/cons of various treatment paths, addressing any general questions or concerns in a friendly, professional and empathetic way to put the patient at ease
- Liaise between patients and dentists to guarantee correct handover procedures and support continuing care compliance
- Ensure patient notes are thorough and comprehensive
- Reporting weekly to management with a POA for the week ahead
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer care are maintained at all times including strong follow up plans for each patients case
- A full Irish driving license
- Previous experience in a sales position within the medical/dental/aesthetic/beauty/ industry or similar (Minimum 2 years)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Must have a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, using KPIs and reporting on results and follow up plans
- Familiarity with EXACT dental software is preferable however full training will be provided
- Previous experience in a patient-facing role in dental or healthcare setting
- Full Irish drivers license as travel between locations may be required on occasion
