Instrumentation & Controls Engineer - Dublin
Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy with offices in Dublin.
They have a large number of on life science projects across Ireland.
You will be responsible for the timely completion of all I&C deliverables, specifications, drawings and technical requisitions within strenuous quality and safety criteria
Interfacing with clients, vendors, project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided
Delivery of Engineering Design to meet budget, schedule and quality requirements.
Developing control philosophies for projects.
Reviewing Vendor Package Equipment.
Developing project specifications.
Reviewing Instrument Datasheets.
Technical bid analysis of instrumentation bids.
Overseeing Instrumentation wiring and hook up design.
Must hold or will be studying for an Honours Degree in Electrical / Physics or Automation.
5 years’ experience minimum.
Experience in working as in schedule driven multiple discipline projects.
Biopharma experience preferred. Semiconductor, Pharma or Oil and Gas an advantage.
Position requires thorough knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques.
Deep knowledge of ISA, IEC, GAMP and EN Standards.
Familiar with ANSI/ISA-95 and the OSI model.
€45 - €65 per hour
Duration 12 months
