- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise customers, hyperscalers, and data center providers with a focus on fiber optic infrastructure, engineering, and deployment services, including rack-n-stack, service integration, structured cabling, and managed services.
- Collaborate with operations and sales engineering teams on building strategies and Go-to-market plans, leveraging TeleWorld Solutions capabilities and driving top line growth.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across hyperscaler builds, edge deployments, integration and commissioning services, managed services, and buildout.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate complex deals, MSAs, and custom fiber builds, structured cabling, and infrastructure deployment with enterprise clients, data center vendors, and GCs.
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accurately to ensure consistent performance against quarterly and annual targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive briefings to build market visibility and strategic partnerships.
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B telecom sales, with 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Deep familiarity with fiber optic infrastructure, dark fiber, Ethernet transport, cloud interconnects, and data center environments.
- Solid understanding of services offered with data center space from fiber ISP/OSP, structured cabling, and installation and commissioning of servers and interconnect.
- Demonstrated success in working with or selling to companies like Lumen, Zayo, Frontier, or similar Tier 1/2 providers.
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler needs (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Meta, etc.), including cloud on-ramps and edge connectivity.
- Must have sold services to datacenter vendors like Equinix, QTS, CoreSite, CyrusOne, and Iron Mountain, among others.
- Proven ability to achieve $6 Million in annual revenue and maintaining a supporting pipeline to achieve these targets YoY.
- Expert-level relationship management skills with experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and infrastructure leads.
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles, RFP processes, and multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Background in carrier-neutral data centers, colocation, or network infrastructure development
- Knowledge of cloud networking models, SD-WAN, or network-as-a-service (NaaS) offerings
- Experience managing cross-functional sales support teams (solutions engineers, pricing, contracts)
