- Drive the achievement of JAG accreditation through effective coordination and quality management.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across our Endoscopy service.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care by managing the allocation of skilled nursing staff.
- Champion transformational leadership and innovative approaches to service delivery, aligned with our hospital's quality improvement plans.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes continuous professional development, clinical excellence, and inservice education for all staff.
- Is a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Has a minimum of 8 years post registration experience, with at least 2 years at CNM II level in Endoscopy services
- Has previous JAG accreditation experience
- Degree level qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialism
- Builds strong collaborative relationships across all disciplines
- Proven leadership and management capabilities
