Account Manager – Client Success & GrowthAt Landmark Technologies, we know that successful account managers do more than sell, they build trust, solve problems, and create long-term value for their clients. We’re looking for a client-centric Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver smarter IT and cybersecurity solutions across Ireland.This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re motivated by building relationships, guiding clients through challenges, and making sure they get the very best from their technology. You’ll work closely with our technical specialists to deliver solutions that make a measurable difference.What you’ll doTake ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their key point of contact.Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.Spot opportunities to drive recurring revenue through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and projects.Collaborate with our technical team to design solutions and prepare proposals.Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.Understand client goals and needs, recommending solutions that deliver real value.Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.What we’re looking for3+ years’ account management experience (MSP/IT/cybersecurity sector preferred).Client-focused, consultative approachStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence at senior level.Commercially sharp with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What’s on offerCompetitive salary + uncapped commission & bonus planHybrid working environmentCompany laptop and phonePension contributionProfessional development supportSocial activities and collaborative team cultureThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on building lasting client partnerships, enjoys working collaboratively, and wants to play a key role in Landmark’s ongoing success.
