- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR trackers, monitor retention and attrition, track probation periods, and ensure data integrity.
- Employee Relations: Act as first point of contact for employees, support line managers with performance improvement plans, and assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate job requisitions, internal transfers, and onboarding processes.
- Absence Management: Manage sick leave certifications, annual leave reports, and return-to-work processes.
- Workforce Administration: Oversee onboarding, probation, leaver processes, and redundancy support.
- Employment Law Compliance: Maintain knowledge of employment legislation and statutory leave requirements.
- HR Policy & Training: Deliver training on HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Reward & Global Mobility: Support processes related to job grades, benefits, visas, and relocations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Payroll.
- Degree in HRM / HRD or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
