- As Strategic Relationship Director for D&B, you will be responsible for the overall profitable performance of your D&B client portfolio, specifically ensuring growth and revenue targets are met.
- Develop the strategy for the Irish market across sector, and a strategy that spans 3 years in order to grow our Irish presence and grow revenues to $15M - the view is that this role will expand to a Player/ Manager role over the next 2 years.
- Own, lead and keep up to date strategic account planning activity based on the Challenger model. This activity must clearly demonstrate how D&B will grow its footprint and revenues. You will lead and consult with your virtual team (LoB, CSM, managers and other key stakeholders) through regular interaction including QBRs. For xLOB opportunities and Enterprise Deals you will ensure you involve all relevant Solutions Sales BDDs/SAs and communicate with Sales Leadership if you require a bespoke structure
- Develop assigned prospect universe and/or make tangible contribution to the GL500 initiative (I.e. global collaboration). This is measured by success against the 'soft' targets assigned to each GL500 relationship you are mapped to.
- D&B's innovation product roadmap and Accelerate partnerships is extensive. It is expected that this role builds innovation into strategic plans and ensure maximum exposure of D&B services across the broader tech stack.
- Build and maintain ongoing strategic C level and/or C-Level -1 customer relationships across the customer organization through a clearly defined contact strategy laid out in the account plan.
- Meet key performance metrics laid out in your annual objectives including pipeline development, client activity levels and new contacts. Further to this you must successfully meet expectations in D&B Persona behaviours laid out in Appendix 1.
- Manage and communicate progress against monthly targets via accurate and timely reporting and forecasting via SFDC and SCMs. Accurate sales stage and date stamped 'next steps' should be up to date at all times.
- As senior sales professionals you are responsible for helping create a high performing culture and a collaborative environment both within the Strategic Relationship Director team and the wider UK team.
- Responsible for settling escalated cash and collection disputes
- A track record of successful selling into Fortune 500 with a minimum sales and revenue responsibility of USD 8m+ and with previous experience of consistent individual over-achievement
- Strong Relationship skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at C level & C level -1.
- Ability to co-ordinate and lead a team based approach to selling and strategic account management.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage in a rapidly changing environment.
- A sound understanding of customer processes (marketing, compliance, credit and purchasing) and the relevant customer proposition.
- Previous experience selling Data Solutions into the Financial Services industry
- Appropriate knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
