- Manage and grow national customer accounts across Ireland
- Develop seafood sales with wholesalers, distributors and food service operators
- Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs and delis
- Win new business and expand market share
- Lead customer meetings, negotiations and product presentations
- Identify commercial opportunities and deliver growth plans
- Support pricing, forecasting and product range development
- Work closely with internal teams to drive performance
- Experience as a National Account Manager or National Account Executive
- Strong seafood sector knowledge is essential
- Background selling into food service, hospitality or wholesale channels
- Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a nationwide territory independently
- Full driving licence
